When you forget your password, or you want to keep your account safe and secure, you can reset your passwords with our short walk-through as follows

A. Reset password with your email address

If you forgot your password to login your account, it's possible to reset your current password with an email from ShopBase.

Steps:

1. On ShopBase login page, click Forgot password?, or visit this link to go to reset-password page. 

2. Insert your email address. Select Email instructions to receive the guidance sent to your inbox. 

3. You will receive an email with the link to reset your password. Find that email and click Reset password. The email might land on Spam or other filters in your inbox. In case you can't find it, click Resend as above.

4. Enter new password and confirm it. Your password must be at least 5 characters, and can't begin or end with a space.

5. Click Reset password

6. Go back to the login page to sign in with your new password.


B. Reset password in your account profile

If you have logged in and want to change your password, you can go to your Profile to make the change easily.

Steps:

1. From your ShopBase admin, go to your Profile page.

2. In Password Reset section, click Change password.

3.  Type your new password and confirm it in the second box. Click Save.

4. In the confirmation box, insert your current password to verify your change. You can also choose to log out your store on other devices here.

5. Click Confirm.

And your new password has been applied.
